Nigeria's peace challenges are large — but so is its network of committed citizens. PAN was built on the belief that ordinary Nigerians are the most powerful force for extraordinary peace. Every volunteer, donor, and partner makes our work possible.
When you get involved with PAN, you're not just supporting an organization. You're joining a national movement — a network of peacebuilders who believe that Nigeria's best days are ahead, if we build them together.
We need all kinds of people — not just peacebuilders. From communicators to trainers to data analysts, your skills have a home in PAN's mission.
Lead structured peace dialogues between communities in conflict. Requires patience, cultural sensitivity, and strong communication skills. Deployable across Nigeria.
Provide counseling and emotional support to conflict survivors and displaced persons. Suitable for psychology, social work, or counseling professionals and students.
Mentor young people in PAN's Youth Reintegration Program. Help them develop vocational skills, self-confidence, and a stake in peace. Work can be done in-person or remotely.
Help us document and share stories of peace from the field. Photographers, videographers, journalists, and writers can amplify PAN's impact to a national and global audience.
Help us measure and improve our impact. Researchers, data scientists, and M&E specialists can contribute remotely to PAN's evidence base and program evaluation.
Provide pro-bono legal support to conflict victims seeking justice and accountability. Lawyers, paralegals, and law students are all welcome to contribute their skills.
Tell us who you are, what you can offer, and where you can serve. Our team will be in touch within 5 working days.
Every naira and dollar donated to PAN goes toward real, measurable work in Nigerian communities. 78% of all donations go directly to programs — with full transparency through annual impact reports.
